Add fees, tax and a discount

Who this is for: Business owners and permitted staff

Steps

  1. Review the item subtotal in the invoice form.
  2. Choose an established fee such as Delivery fee, Shipping fee, Pickup fee, Towing fee or Diagnostic fee; use Other for a custom fee.
  3. Add Tax as a flat amount or percentage, and choose whether it is already included.
  4. Add Discount as a flat amount or percentage when needed.
  5. Review every adjustment and the final total before confirming.

Before you finish

Percentage adjustments use the item subtotal. Tax already included is disclosed rather than added twice. A discount reduces the final total.
