Quote available parts and quantities

Steps
- Open a parts request and choose the response/quote action.
- Mark what you can supply and enter the quantity available for each requested part.
- Enter the price and whether it is a unit price or a total for the line.
- Add relevant condition details and notes.
- Review the total and submit.
Before you finish
Do not quote the full requested quantity if you can only supply some. The line total for a unit price is unit price multiplied by available quantity.
